Enter an email that you used to purchase the license and click Search.
If you can’t reach your CleanMyMac to cancel the activation, please use our License Management system:
Go to CleanMyMac X → Activation Info (at the top of the screen).
Open your unlocked version of CleanMyMac X.
If you have access to the activated version of CleanMyMac X, do these: In this case, please follow the instructions below. For now, it’s available only to the most recent customers, so if you purchased CleanMyMac X quite a while ago or own a license activation number (like “id012345678910odr”), you can’t access it. Note: MacPaw Account is a new way of activating and managing apps from the MacPaw Store.
