Project reality seems to be more stable and does pretty much the same thing Without the issues of course. Nevada Skioes has to be the very last item in your Load order. It does give me the introduction for the Mod and the item that comes with it when im inside. I followed a tutorial to properly install it, but when i go from a interior (Goodsprings General Store) to the wasteland my screen goes black and crashes.
